It is being nice to the person who seems to be having a really hard time. It is letting them know you are there for them.
It is being compassionate with yourself. It is smiling when nobody is watching. It is laughing out loud. It is dancing alone. It is singing in the shower. Singing in the car.
It is remembering who you really are. It is remembering your power. Remembering why you came here. It is acknowledging the universe.
It is thanking God. It is being grateful for the air you breathe. It is being grateful for the blessings in your life and the blessings on the way to you.
It is pampering yourself. It is treating yourself. It is buying myself flowers. It is eating some dark chocolate. It is doing the things I find pleasurable. It is feeling beautiful.
It is acknowledging the divine feminine and masculine within you. It is connecting to others. Building friendships and relationships. It is smiling at the person in the store.
It is patting yourself on the back. It is looking at yourself in the mirror and saying I’m sorry. Saying please forgive me. Saying thank you. Saying I love you. Saying great job!
A conscious life is a great life. It is choosing to go in a happy mode. It is knowing in every moment that you have the right to choose.
To choose your thoughts. The words you speak. To choose the way you choose to respond to situations.
