Emotions can get the best of you if you do not rise and take control of them. It is not an easy thing to do but it is possible.
I have been observing my emotions lately as they go up and down. I pick a bad day where emotions have gotten the best of me 😞and set an intention that I am the master and I am going to regulate my own emotions.
I observe my thoughts and feelings with no attachments and try to understand why I am feeling the way I do. I sometimes find that there is absolutely nothing wrong and everything is ok yet I don’t feel so good.
I believe it’s all in the power of intention. You can shift the way you feel at any given point. Set an intention to watch your thoughts and take control of your emotions.
It really works. Experiment with it. Make it fun. Laugh at yourself for being so damn serious all the time and command yourself to relax ✨
You are the master of your emotions. Rise up! Control them! You can’t allow your emotions to control you.
Keep em in check. You’ve got this. No longer a slave to emotions!!
