Feel What You Feel
Happy Friday…
The world glorifies constant productivity and masks vulnerability but don’t play that game.
It’s okay to feel tired, sad, and exhausted. It’s okay to yearn for a change of scenery, to seek comfort in solitude, and to take a step back or take time off when you need a break.
It’s okay to even crave a fresh start because life is overwhelming and these feelings are all part of being alive.
You’re not meant to live like a robot but rather like a living, breathing being with a beating heart and an intricate mind. When you suppress your feelings, they fester and slow your spiritual growth. But when you feel it, you can heal it.
Just as the air flows through your nostrils and your blood pulses through your veins, your emotions are a part of your existence. They remind you that you are alive.
So give yourself permission and allow yourself to feel what you feel. Honor your needs for rest, rejuvenation, and self-care. It’s okay.
